Hello,

Could someone please identify this small item. It measures 6" long and 4" at the highest point.It feels like sandpaper, no smooth areas at all. It is also hollow, and with a very strange mouth and teeth. I can't tell if it's an old or a newer item. There is also a grey section on the back, also sandy.
