Subject:Jade popsicle

Got this jade popsicle and not sure of its origin. Only jade popsicle I have ever seen? Real stone popsicle, not glass. Looks gemstone quality but a popsicle? Any clue who made these? Hollywood?

There was a chap in Vancouver who made similar carvings..I think he signed his carvings. Material looks like BC Jade, but could be Russian Jade. I am leaning towards BC.
