Subject:Old Chinese Brush Drawing/Watercolor-Identify artist?

Does anyone know who this artist is? Painting had an old Oak Park IL gallery label on the verso. I'd say it was framed in the 1930s or 40s from the look of the label. I know Oak Park was and still is a pretty affluent suburb of Chicago. Frank Lloyd Wright built quite a few homes there. So this might be by a known artist.
