Subject:hanger Stone?

Hello group i would like to post this what i think is a hanger but i don't know about th material and the time it was make it is small and have only some litlle ingravings on but has a really nice feeling to it, i.ve been wearing it fore many years and would like too find out what this is, thank you group

I have to guess : it can be quartz, glass..or?
It could be cut or poured...
Color... with Jade, if you shine light on the item, and it is darker than shining light from behind, then the color is artificial, but I do not know if that applies to this material. Hanger is a Pendant.
