Not trying to fake anything, looks pretty new.

Quality of 20th century cloisonn� is the detail in placement of wires and quality of colors (homogeneous in tone, no speckles) within them, then the fineness of polish which should not leave any horizontal striations. Can not tell much from your too-small and only fair-resolution photos with no closeup.

The most valued sorts are artist-signed or plique-�-jour.

Yours could have had a sticker with country of origin and possibly factory name for export.

Both Japan and China make cloisonn� of quality from poor to gem.

If you post in future, photograph in natural light, no flash, use real camera with tripod.

Modern Chinese cloisonne vase,give or take 5-10 years.
