Subject:Unknown Chinese Dynasty Mark
Posted By: Jenny Sun, Jun 17, 2012 IP: 108.87.136.115 I bought a pair of vases from a new vendor at a flea market. The older guy said he bought this pair of vases in China in the 1960's and it cost him nearly $100 to have them sent back to the USA. He said they were purchased as antiques at the time, but I know how that goes many times. The handles are stylized as bats. I've included a link to my photobucket account, the first 4 picture are the vase in question. The decoration doesn't look like the typical Chinese stuff I see in flea markets. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jenny |
