Subject:Painting found at swap meet.

I found a beautiful asian painting at a swap meet in Okanogan,Washington. The asian art museum translated the name on the painting as Nguyen Thi Kim Chi. I know that she is currently showing some of her work at a gallery in Ho Chi Minh city.
Just wondered if any one might know this artist or what a a painting of her's would be worth?
