Subject:Any info on statue and signature

This little statue (185mm high) which I believe is ivory has been in my family for many years.Any information which I could get about it, especially in respect of the character,region of origin, age and signature would be most appreciated.

Dear David,
It's a Japanese Okimono and is a Oni devil.It looks like ivory. For the time is a little difficult without seeing it live, but I would say that is the early twentieth century.
