I recently purchased this at a yard sale, but I have no knowledge of it's origins or what the script says. Does anyone recognize the painting or script?

this is a fairly recent decorative piece, the title having something to do with the cavorting dragon (surprise), but I'm not sure of the last character. the artist has signed himself "danqing", which is a traditional chinese term simply for "paintings", composed of two characters for "red" and "blue" respectively, the colors serving as proxies for the resulting product.
