This is a late 20th to 21st century Chinese bowl that probably was decorated in a porcelain-painting factory in Macao, Hong Kong or somewhere else in Asia, such as Thailand or Indonesia. Value primarily is decorative, in the $75-100 range here in the USA, though I see higher asking prices by online sellers who try to claim such items are antique.

Best regards,

Bill H.

Is recent rendition of mass-made export-ware imitating "rose mandarin" pattern as called by century-ago distributors (especially to USA). Were variations on pattern called 'rose medallion' and 'rose Canton'. Sold in large tableware sets.

Identifying aspects such as stubby people with faces features very roughly drawn, like women had too much mascara on eyes.

Good luck,
Cal
