Posted By: mikeoz Tue, Oct 16, 2012 Quite clearly the artist is Heather Hewitt. The 'signature' begins with the character 'Hai' meaning sea or ocean, the next two characters I can't read but would continue the phonetic idea. The small seal beside the 'signature' reads "Yu-I" - which I presume is phonetic for Hewitt.
