Subject:Oriental Picture with Ivory.. id please?

Hello!

I have been searching for information on the attached image for some time now. My mother purchased it from a dealer many years ago but she cannot remember anything about it. I see no markings of any kind on it anywhere, but I figure someone has to know something... maybe? The figures are made from ivory and the entire picture is in great condition.
