I got this many years ago when I was traveling in Indonesia. I have no idea what it is, but I believe its old. Its gone through several restorations.. All done by a meticulous hands.
It has these 'ribbings' that I thought were interesting. It has an interesting mark on the bottom as well.
Its approx 6 3/4" at the mouth of the jar. 11 3/8 at the widest and 9 1/4" in height.

Any thoughts on this piece would be very much appreciated.

Sorry, I don't think I can upload jpgs here.. and I don't have the pictures posted anywhere.

Your jpeg images will upload fine if you keep them below 600 by 600 pixels at 72 dpi. the entire image can't be more than 100 kb, but processing sometimes adds a little 'weight', so in my experience it is best to keep the original image below 99 kb. At this size, the forum upload program will accept three images with each posting. It helps to have PhotoShop or another decent image-editing program to tailor your pix.

Thank you for the suggestions Bill. Its been awhile since I've been on this board.

I'll see what I can do to try and get the images to that size (100 KB or less). Right now, I use a Nikon and the pictures are around 2mg...

I had really hoped to be able to use this site since I have a lot of pieces I know little about.
