these are imitating Qianlong seals: the square one reads "treasure of the emperor on high" or something along those lines, the round one "tianzi guxi" is imitating a seal with the same legen that appears on a number of paintings that the Qianlong emperor collected. not relevant to the value of this object, which is purely decorative.
