Subject:Info on silk print?

I'm posting this for my sister.
Can anyone give us any info on this Chinese art?

My sister says this,"Help identify picture . It's not a print it seems to be on silk on paper . The paper is ages and the smell was very strong when I removed it from the frame."

Any info would be greatly appreciated,
