Bowl Diameter is 30 cm clear.

This looks to be a late 19th century Japanese Imari-palette dish. You may be able to find comparative prices through search engines offered by websites such as trocadero.com or christies.com. Just use the keywords "imari punch bowl" or "large imari bowl".
