I have a 16 foot scroll with 100 budhas. It is probably 100 years old and is done on parchment. I am looking for more information about it's history and a valuation.

unfortunately it's not probably 100 years old, it's certainly quite new. here is another version of your scroll (same title and the same inscription with date and supposed signature of Jin Nong) selling on ebay for just 10 cents:
