Subject:Asian Clay Figurine

Hello, this figure is about 5 inches tall by 2.5 inches wide at its widest point. In the second photo there shows a Mark towards the middle of the shoulders. What can you tell about this figurine? Thanks....John

Well, it's trying to be Tang, but there are many forgeries. Does it release a foul odor if you place a single drip of water on the body? If so get it checked out, but don't wet it completely whatever you do.
