Subject:Chinese scroll 1

Hi!

My girlfriends sister got two hanging scrolls. I have no clue about chinese scrolls.Pretty sure this is "art for the masses" :) But I promised her to consult with some true experts. So here we go.
Any help is very much appreciated.

The two seals appear to the artist's name. On the right is Luo (羅), often a Chinese surname. On the left is Zhengyi or Yizheng (正義) likely the given name.
