Subject:Picked up a chinese vase blue white with dragons, No Idea?

Hi I picked this up at a very prominent neighborhood estate sale. I really have no idea if it is old or not. I paid 10 dollars and bought it for decoration. I would like to know about the mark and if it is valuable I would want to know that. If not I'm ok with that as well. Any help is appreciated and Thanks. :)
Item measures about 14" tall and 11 1/2" wide. At the top of the vase it is around 3"
