Subject:Can anyone help identify this picture, possibly silk figures on paper.

Looks like silk figures on a painted paper background, which is torn at the top. It's mounted on wood with a black, possibly Victorian or 1930s frame, it looks old anyway.
Any information would be appreciated as ive yet to find one similar online.
