Subject:Need help Imperial Dragons Cup with marking

Bought this cup from my friend 20yrs ago. It come in a pair but unfortunately the cup is very think I accidentally broke one.

Kindly advise the followings:
1. How much I can them sell them for
2. IS this worth to keep for long term investment
3. Where can I sell them at higher price
