I TRIED LOOKING EVERYWHERE AND I CAN'T FIND THIS MARK ANYWHERE CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP I AM LEARNING AND ONE OF THESE SYMBOLS LOOK LIKE THE "SWASTIKA" ONE BUT I KNOW IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CHINESE CULTURE.

This appears to be a piece of 'Peking Glass'. The mark is QianLong Nian Zhi. But I cannot tell you if it is of the period. QianLong marks have been popular on both fakes and 'homage' pieces right up to today.

You should take this to an expert on Chinese glass for authentication.

This is a common Qianlong mark; the piece seems of good quality but I can't say that it dates to that period. the symbol in the upper left of the mark that vaguely resembles a busy swastika is an archaic form of the character for "year", meaning "reign period" in this case. Chinese art does include swastikas, which arrived in China from India in association with Buddhism. But this is not an example of one. Note that the arms of Buddhist swastikas go in opposite directions from those developed to represent Nazism in Germany.

The mark on the base is "Qianlong period made" and it presents an unusual mistake once chinese character 乾 "Qian" is not correctly written in archaic seal script as the others three characters.
Possibly the handcraftman had not knowledge enough about ancient characters and that means by itself a non emperial work.
