Posted By: Bill H Tue, May 21, 2013 The two characters in the vertical stack read "toku-sei" (特製), meaning "special-made" or "deluxe", according to the online dictionary I consult. Gotheborg.com dates their "Nippon Tokusei" to before World War-II in the Showa period (1926-88). |
