Just bought this gem of a painting...I AM SO HAPPY! LUCKY FIND!

Scene depicts a teacher/scholar sleeping at his desk while is young male students sneak out to play.

I have seen this scene in modern paintings, so I suspect that this is a famous scene from either a classical book or Confusian philosophy. Can anyone tell me exactly what the scene depicts?

Artist? Age?

dated spring 1892, supposedly in the style of Luo Pin, w a dedicatory inscription by the artist who does not sign his actual name; seal also unclear.
