Subject:id of plaster? panel
Posted By: Richard Cabrera Wed, Aug 07, 2013 IP: 96.41.46.88 Found this panel at a moving sale. Lady said it was brought back from WWII by her step father. Measures 45" long, 12 1/2" high. Very heavy. We believe it is made of plaster. Please note the blue coloring along the border. Your help is tremendously appreciated.
