Subject:identify miniature carved owl teapot

Hello All! Can anyone identify this miniature carved owl teapot? It has perforated holes on the sides and a removable lid. It measures: 2 3/4" high o/a (meas includes handle) x 2 1/4" wide (spout to outer edge). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! David.

I think you have a water dropper. Used in calligraphy.
