Subject:unusual red stamped china mark over embossed marksk

Hello All! I don't know if this is anything, albeit unusual! The porcelain vase pictured has a red stamped MADE IN CHINA mark over, what appears to be, another embossed mark? or are these just pattern marks? Any assistance with this query would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! David.
