I see that people are looking at but not commenting on the brass plate...
any and all comments are welcome,
i took the plate to a Chinese restaurant. and asked the wait staff if they could transulate it..she summoned the dishwasher, an old man who did not speak english...he looked at it..then talked very excitedly to the girl for 5 minutes..gesturing with his hands
the girl told me he knew nothing....but would buy it from me for $50.00
I told her no thank you...the price increased to $150.00 for something they no nothing about

I have looked every wher on line to identify the charactors, with no luck...
