Subject:Identification of artist.

I bought this piece while in the Navy in Korea or Japan around the years 1969-1973. I have had it since and would love to know all about it. The artist, where it was made and how it was made. It appears to have been created on the glass with the backing paper applied and thin wood over the back. It is 30" wide and 20" high.
