Subject:Fukagawa
Posted By: Susan Johnson Tue, Aug 19, 2014 IP: 71.56.36.50 I have a Fukagawa vase that has come into my possession and I would like to know the pattern and approximate date of production. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully the image url works. This is a green and black bird on a tree branch that has pink flowers. |

Posted By: Claus Thu, Aug 21, 2014 Although we can't access the picture, your vase is late 20th century Fukagawa, approximately 7" high, with the pattern of a black-headed parakeet on a pink peony(?) plant. The pattern has been produced many times. |
