We have an Asian art painting of a tiger, and no information regarding the artist. We are trying to locate someone who could provide that information.

Found info with a Google search indicating this is the signature and seal of a Japanese artist, OHARA Koson ( 小原古邨 - 1877-1945). There appears to be more data for the asking if you wish to follow up with additional queries via the same channel.

Koson (Shoson) Ohara (1877-1945)

Japanese woodblock print artist well known for his depictions of birds & flowers, but he's done other animals and some fantastic whimsical depictions of fairy tale style themed scenes of animals, frogs fighting sumo style and the such.

It's not a painting. It is a Japanese woodblock print designed by Ohara Koson. If you post a picture of the entire print, I can tell you more about it.
