Subject:kutani satsuma samurai vase
Posted By: David Sat, Nov 29, 2014 IP: 99.236.194.58 Hello All! Can anyone give me a date on this large 16" high kutani/satsuma samurai? vase? It is unmarked and the rim had been damaged and repaired; will this effect the value much? Any assistance with tbis query would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! David.

Posted By: Snap Mon, Dec 01, 2014 Probably had sticker giving manufacture place. Damage reduces market value by half to 90%, depending on desirability for collector. My guess last half 20th century.
