Posted By: Robert Sun, Dec 21, 2014 I don't recognize the mark but your teapot appears to be silver rather than brass, the golden tan color due to patination. Try a gentle silver cleaner such as Hagerty's Silver Foam. It might be a more valuable piece than you thought.
