Subject:Thangka- research help

Many years ago, I purchased this thangka from a seller on eBay. I purchased it for its artistic beauty, not aware of the significance of its rarity. It is 44.5" wide and 60.5"height.
I would love to know the meaning of the inscription on the back, and also any information in general about this piece. Thank you!
