Posted By: rat Fri, Jan 23, 2015 the mark on your storage jar seems to read 福興, "fu xing" in Chinese, probably a company name, but I'm not entirely sure what the jar would have contained, not kimchi or sake, but what exactly? Chinese wine/alcohol?
