Could someone help with a translation of the mark, best picture I could get.

Mark of "Ryosai" (three potters used the name Inoue Ryosai).

Hi Keith,

Sumida indeed and the use of orange indicates a dating after 1924 (1925/1941)when the factory moved to Yokohama. I think the impressed mark reads "Ryosai" (Inoue Ryosai III).
