Looks like a late 19th c. Japanese copy...they were doing that kind of stuff during the late Meiji era.

I am always interested to learn about this subject .
The pitting of the enamel is interesting.
Any chance of a close up of the damaged area under the rim to see a little more as to how this was made please ?
I have added a pic of some damage on an 18thc :)
