Posted By: rat Tue, May 05, 2015 Sorry Carl, "Toby" is a troll here who gives himself a different name every time he posts; he likes to give apparently definitive answers with the names of made up artists and no other explanation. Your picture seems a second half 20th century decorative work from Japan with little commercial value. the signature is a rather stylized pen name, the first character apparently 秋 (usually pronounced Aki or Shu- in Japanese), the second I can't make out.
