Your plate is very interesting and I would like to make a few comments.
Although your pictures are not the best I would say your piece has a strong chance of being at least Mark and period,painted in Doucai style.
The porcelain firing cracks to base would have been evident before the enamel decoration was applied and as such although the piece was almost certainly made at Jingdezhen official kiln I doubt if it would have been supplied to the Court.
I would seek other opinions before buying but I like what I see but would like sharper photos highlighting the details.
