Subject:Takashima Seshun Prints

Greetings,
Can anyone please enlighten me on these two prints I picked up at a Garage Sale over the weekend? It appears to be a drawing describing attire by actors. I believe them to be chinese but am not sure if not Japanese. The artist is dead by now based on the date on the tag but wwe all know how easy that is to replicate. Thank you in advance for any help.

I have been told these are Chiharu. Any more information out there?
