Subject:Another Qianglong Fake mark?

I am new to this, i came to the conclusion that it is a fake, what do you guys think?

Yes, this is a modern cup, not Qianlong. The mark is not what makes the cup "fake" per se, because this cup is not imitating an actual Qianlong cup. Qianlong marks have been added to a multitude of objects since that time, not all trying to pass themselves off as an actual product from that time.

Thats a good way of explaining it, thanks for the information. I have been looking for a good book on chinese porcelain can you recommend one that is a in-depth study?

There are quite a few, and a good deal of specialization occurred over the 20th century as people learned more about the subject. A good list can be found at the link below, though some books mentioned there are quite expensive; look through it for books that best reflect your interests. The He Li book is an overview of styles over time, with illustrations drawn from the Asian Art Museum collection of San Francisco. Suzanne Valenstein's "A Handbook of Chinese Ceramics" is an overview based on the Metropolitan Museum's collection. Margaret Medley's "The Chinese Potter" is another general overview. They lose in depth what they cover in breadth, however, and unfortunately there's no shortcut to expertise.
