I would be grateful for help with a translation of the signature in the attached photo. Or perhaps it is not a signature but rather a title or a place name?

it's the artist's given or pen name, please post the entire composition.

Thank you for your response Rat much appreciated. I believe it is a recent work and so there would be active copyright which I do not want to contravene by posting the entire picture online without the artist's permission.
