Posted By: Bill H Tue, Aug 04, 2015 This is a Japanese document, expressing thanks for something (can't read the phonetic characters) and issued at Tokyo on the sixth day of what in the poor resolution image may be either March or May of 1967 (42nd year of the Showa [Hirohito] reign). Japanese contributors undoubtedly can make better sense of it.

Posted By: rat Tue, Aug 04, 2015 This is a certificate dated May 1968 from the head of a ward of Tokyo thanking a US Navy group for their work in helping set up a local recreation area, perhaps a playground.
