Subject:Guangxu porcelain dish

Hello all

I have this piece if Chinese taste porcelain which I believe to be mark and period from the Guangxu reign .

The info I would like to know is - what is the name of the pattern ? and also it has numbers on the back which seem to have been added after manufacture , they are removable but I let them on there , could they be auction marks or collection marks?
