Subject:Chinese plate info needed

Can anyone tell me what this mark on the back on the plate says. I am also wondering if the image represents anything specific. Any idea of age?

This is a contemporary product of a Hong Kong factory that may also have a branch elsewhere in China as well. Mark says "Made by the Eternal Victory Ornamental Porcelain Factory" (Yong Sheng Cai Ci Chang Zhi - 永勝彩瓷廠製). Check the link for another example.
