Subject:Figurine Material and Mark Identification
Posted By: PJ Fri, Nov 20, 2015 IP: 74.111.187.166 I've had this awhile and I'm not sure if this figurine is made of bone or possibly ivory? Also, not sure what the mark represents on the bottom. I have more pictures but I can only attach 3 to this post |

Posted By: Bill H Thu, Feb 04, 2016 I believe the deformed mark on your partially seen image may read "Teruyuki" (照之). The link is to a discussion thread concerning the same mark on the International Netsuke Society website. |
