Hi, i was told by another website you might be able to help me date a Brass key and padlock , either from tibet, or chinese early 20th century imitation,the man from the other website told me it was missing some details like the original tibetan ones and think that this one might be a copy, hope you can help me, ive included a link directly to my pinterest page where ive posted some photos of the key, its the golden one with green background,

I am not an expert on locks, but the script on the lock appears to be Chinese - None of the characters are Tibetan. If it originated in either Tibet or Nepal, the script would be much different.
