Subject:blue and white stemmed dish

Hello all! Can anyone give me an approx. date on this 6 5/8" dia blue and white porcelain stemmed dish. It is unmarked, however, it does have a plant decoration on the underside and the porcelain itself is of fine quality (gives a nice ring when hit); there are a few oxidation spots in the porcelain as well. Additional photos of this dish can be arranged if requested! Any assistance with this query would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! David.
