Subject:Writing on a Jade and Wood Ruyi Sceptre

I recently acquired this at a household auction. It didn't cost much as no one knew what it was. I date it to c19th. Unfortunately it has some damage and has been (badly) restored. On each of the jade plaques there is some writing. Is anyone able to please translate.
I have only uploaded the large and middle plaques. If additional images are required, will try and take better pics.
Any assistance will be much appreciated.
